Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is an omega-6 fatty acid that is found in corn
oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, nuts, seeds, beef and dairy
products. The balance between the omega-6 and omega-3 is vital to overall health
and disease prevention. Therefore, Linoleic acid is essential for the body and
should be incorporated in all diets to prevent a deficiency.
